 * Full-stack development experience spanning both UI and backend development
 * Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development
 * Experience leading development teams and owning technical project direction
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Developer to join our team in a key technical leadership role. This position is ideal for a hands-on full-stack development leader with deep expertise in the Microsoft technology stack and a passion for building scalable, modern software solutions., * Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications using .NET technologies

 * Drive end-to-end system architecture and technical solution design
 * Provide hands-on development support across frontend UI and backend services
 * Lead and mentor developers, promoting coding standards, best practices, and technical excellence
 * Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, designers, and end users to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
 * Own technical direction for software projects, including architecture, framework selection, and development standards
 * Build and maintain modern web applications using Blazor, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core
 * Design and optimize SQL databases, queries, and stored procedures
 * Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement efforts
 * Ensure applications are secure, maintainable, and aligned with business goals
