You will lead discovery, define requirements, and ensure business needs are translated into high-quality solutions. Working at the intersection of business, design, and technology, you'll partner closely with functional, change, and delivery teams to: * Drive clear, structured discovery and analysis * Enable strong, globally aligned functional design * Support the move from local solutions to standardised global processes * Ensure traceability from business outcomes to delivery This is a high-impact role, central to reducing complexity, driving adoption, and delivering real business value across WPP.
