Would you like to dive into the world of mainframes and become part of an expert team that has been successfully supporting customers with their core systems at the heart of the data center for decades?

Following a structured, hands-on onboarding program, you will support our long-standing customers in managing and developing their BS2000 infrastructure, coordinate key projects, and serve as a trusted advisor to renowned organizations, even if you have no prior experience with BS2000.

We combine proven expertise with continuous innovation, creating a work environment that is both established and future-oriented.

What tasks can you expect?

 * Provide end-to-end consulting with a focus on ensuring stable operations and driving the ongoing development of existing and future systems for our BS2000 customers.
 * Coordinate and deliver customer projects, from planning and design through installation, upgrades, and operational support of BS2000 environments.
 * Offer technical consulting, support, and long-term customer care for products and platform operations.
 * Analyze customer issues, reproduce problems, and deliver sustainable solutions.Work closely with 2nd and 3rd level support teams as well as our internal development organization, directly alongside Fujitsu's BS2000 experts.
