## Description

* Begleitung der End-to-End-Umsetzung von ORG/IT-Strategien in Top-Management-Projekten.
 * Konzeption und Implementierung zukunftssicherer IT-Architekturen (Schwerpunkt: Cloud & Digitalisierung).
 * Analyse und Optimierung kritischer ORG/IT-Prozesse, Kosten und Leistungskennzahlen für maximale Effizienz und Resilienz.
 * Mitaufbau agiler IT-Organisationen und Einführung neuer Zusammenarbeits-/Governance-Modelle.
 * Übernahme von Verantwortung im Projekt- und Stakeholder-Management - von Planung bis Go-Live.
