## Description

* Analyse, Bearbeitung und Lösung technischer sowie fachlicher Supportanfragen via Ticket-System (Jira) und Telefon
 * Analyse von Fehlern anhand von Log-Dateien, Datenbeständen, automatisierter Datenimporte und -exporte sowie Prozessabläufen
 * Begleitung von Updates und Releases inklusive Fehleranalyse und Qualitätssicherung
 * Dokumentation von Supportfällen sowie Pflege der Wissensdatenbank
 * Technische Unterstützung bei Workflow-Updates (Durchführung der Updates, Analyse und Behebung von Fehlermeldungen)
 * Unterstützung beim Roll-Out und Onboarding von Neukunden
 * Durchführung von digitalen Schulungen rund um unsere Workflows
