## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
 * 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration or a related role.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server environments.
 * Proficiency with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
 * Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, etc.).
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS) is a plus.
 * Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
 * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills., * Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Cisco CCNA.
 * Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools.
 * Prior experience in enterprise IT environments.

## Description

* Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and related hardware and software.
 * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
 * Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and print services.
 * Perform system upgrades and patches in a timely and controlled manner.
 * Implement and enforce security protocols, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data backup procedures.
 * Respond to IT support requests and provide user training as necessary.
 * Maintain documentation of systems configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
 * Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.
 * Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers when necessary.
 * Ensure compliance with internal and external IT policies and standards.
