The BU Engagement organization is responsible for synchronizing BU and CEI planning, investment and measurement, ensuring successful adoption of new CEI capabilities in the business unit and driving coordinated customer engagement plans across functions. The Business Integration Leader (BIL) is the cross-functional orchestrator and leader, serving as the day-to-day face to CEI and relevant cross-functional partners (e.g. DHH, Content Accelerator) to drive integrated planning and seamless business delivery. The BIL is responsible for implementing identified CEI transformation initiatives to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution of these initiatives within the Business Unit. This individual will report to the Executive Director, Business Unit Engagement Leader and sit on their leadership team., * Takes a lead role in early capability and transformation design, acting as the "voice of the business" for their respective brand.
