## Description

* Sie geben Mitarbeitern als Vor-Ort-Support Hilfestellung bei allen Fragen rund um die im Hause eingesetzte Hard- und Software
 * Sie arbeiten mit einem Helpdesksystem und erstellen Arbeitshilfen und FAQs
