## Description

Buscamos un/a Technical Lead / Software Architect con sólida experiencia en desarrollo Full Stack, arquitectura de software y liderazgo técnico, para participar en proyectos enterprise de transformación digital y modernización tecnológica.

La persona seleccionada actuará como referente técnico dentro del equipo, participando en diseño de arquitecturas modernas, toma de decisiones tecnológicas, desarrollo de soluciones escalables y coordinación técnica con equipos multidisciplinares.

Trabajará en entornos Agile, participando en proyectos basados en microservicios, cloud y arquitecturas distribuidas., * Liderazgo técnico y coordinación de equipos de desarrollo

 * Diseño de arquitecturas backend y frontend escalables
 * Definición de buenas prácticas de desarrollo y estándares técnicos
 * Participación activa en desarrollo Full Stack y revisión de código
 * Diseño e implementación de arquitecturas basadas en microservicios
 * Desarrollo de APIs REST y servicios distribuidos
 * Supervisión técnica de integraciones y despliegues
 * Colaboración con negocio, arquitectura y stakeholders técnicos
 * Optimización de rendimiento, escalabilidad y seguridad de aplicaciones
 * Participación en procesos DevOps y CI/CD
 * Soporte técnico en incidencias complejas y troubleshooting
 * Evolución tecnológica y mejora continua de plataformas
