As our Domain Architect - IoT & OT Integration, you'll play a key role in Danfoss Climate Solutions' digital transformation, shaping a unified sensor-to-cloud ecosystem across our product portfolio. You'll help break down data silos and establish common communication standards and data semantics, creating the foundation for smarter, connected climate solutions. Working across R&D, product teams and business units, you'll combine architectural ownership with a hands-on mindset, helping us turn emerging technologies into practical solutions that support advanced analytics, AI and greater energy efficiency. What You'll Be Doing * Define and drive the IoT/OT domain architecture and roadmap for unified sensor-to-cloud communication across Danfoss Climate Solutions * Establish common communication protocols and integration standards across product lines, including MQTT, RS485, Modbus TCP, BACnet and Sparkplug * Design data ontologies and semantic models to enable interoperability and consistent data usage across the organization * Develop and validate Proof of Concepts and Lighthouse projects, translating architectural concepts into scalable solutions * Collaborate with R&D, product management, IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure alignment, security and successful adoption * Evaluate emerging IoT/OT technologies and industry standards, contributing to architectural decisions and future platform evolution, * We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities. * You'll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
