* 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role.

We are always looking for individuals who share these values, and who are looking to further their careers in a unique and rapidly growing organization!, We are hiring for a Junior L1 On-site IT Technician (1st Shift) to provide on-site technical support and assistance to our employees, warehouses, and remote staff., As the technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our fleet of Apple devices, including Mac Mini, MacBook Pros, and iPads across our organization. You will also provide break/fix support for our fulfillment warehouses, Google Workspace administration, and offer support to our helpdesk team.
In this role you will...

 * Reset the state of Carol Stream's operational team's tech devices from 3rd shift and prepare for 1st shift
 * Maintain and respond to Jira IT support tickets from the organization as Tier 1 support. This involves both on-site support in Carol Stream and remote support for other locations and users. Support will comprise of:
 * Administer and manage Google Workspace accounts, including email, calendar, and drive.
 * Basic vendor management related to support needs, such as scheduling call-outs and procurement
 * Assistance with employee onboarding and offboarding
 * Provide training to employees on how to effectively use our IT systems and tools.
 * Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure
