## About the Role

* Bachelors or advanced degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
 * Experience within financial services or similar data driven and regulated environment.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
 * Proficient with technologies such as ServiceNow, Jira, MS Office suite. Experience with OneTrust and MS CoPilot/similar would be an advantage.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements.
 * Team player with an open and collaborative approach to delivering required outcomes.

## Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Data Privacy to join the Global Privacy Office. This role is 4 days in-office, located in Manchester (UK).

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

 * Support the Chief Privacy Officer and Global Privacy Office (GPO) Directors to operationalise BNY's global privacy framework.
 * Produce timely, accurate enterprise privacy metrics and insights.
 * Allocate and monitor the completion of agreed privacy tasks, providing support to stakeholders in understanding and executing allocated tasks.
 * Undertake risk-based reviews of deliverables to ensure they are completed to required quality standards before closing actions.
 * Work with GPO leadership to manage and ensure timely responses to Internal Audit and Compliance Monitoring requests and remedial actions.
 * Leverage technology (e.g. AI) to develop and implement improvements to BNY's privacy framework, to help ensure the program remains highly effective.
