## About the Role

* 7+ years of experience developing full-stack applications and writing readable, testable, maintainable, and scalable code\\n
 * Deep proficiency in at least two frontend or backend frameworks, with experience across JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Next.js, Vue.js, Java, Spring, C#, or Node.js\\n
 * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and designing secure REST and GraphQL APIs\\n
 * Experience with microservices, distributed architectures, and software design patterns\\n
 * Experience with at least two cloud providers, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform\\n
 * Experience building infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, CircleCI, or similar tools\\n
 * Advanced experience with AI-assisted engineering, specialized agents, reusable agent tooling, and AI safety\\n
 * Experience architecting AI systems and applying LLM evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and validation methods to production-grade AI applications\\n
 * Security-first mindset with experience implementing OAuth, OIDC, and secure authentication and authorization\\n
 * Strong understanding of testing, performance, security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability\\n
 * Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and mentoring engineers\\n
 * Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to work autonomously\\n
 * Willingness and ability to travel 50-80% when required\\n
