## About the Role

· Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Oracle data conversion and migration testing.

· Database & SQL Mastery: Strong SQL scripting skills querying native Oracle EBS tables across core modules (GL, AP, PO, FA, PA, and HR/Payroll).

· Fusion Data Loaders: Hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion data-loading utilities (specifically FBDI and HDL).

· Migration Lifecycle: Proven experience participating in at least 1 full-lifecycle Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration.

Nice-to-Have:

· Hands-on scripting with ETL tools or automated reconciliation solutions (e.g., Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Informatica, Python, or advanced Excel automation).

· Prior data conversion testing in the Public Sector or Public Utility domain.

· Experience managing and validating large historical data volumes and legacy archives.

## Description

· Inbound Data Load Validation: Validate data extraction from legacy Oracle EBS and load verification into Fusion via FBDI (File-Based Data Import), HDL (HCM Data Loader), HSDL, and ADFdi spreadsheets.

· Financial & Functional Reconciliation: Build and execute automated reconciliation checks covering record counts, field-level data mapping, and financial balances (GL balances, open AP/PO, Fixed Assets, and Projects).

· HCM & Payroll Data Validation: Verify HCM historical and active conversions, including employee demographics, assignments, payroll balances, benefit enrollments, and retiree records.

· Data Profiling & Cleansing: Profile source data prior to ingestion to identify defects, anomalies, and formatting errors; log issues for business remediation.

· Mock Conversions & Cutover Execution: Test multi-stage mock conversions and the final cutover conversion, delivering detailed reconciliation reports for stakeholder sign-off.

· Attachment & Content Migration: Validate the successful migration of linked document attachments from Oracle WebCenter Content to Fusion Cloud.

· Validation Reporting: Develop custom validation queries and reports in Fusion using OTBI and BI Publisher to identify data gaps and exceptions.
