## About the Role

* Associate or bachelor\'s degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 3+ years\' work experience or equivalent experience\\n
 * 5+ years of Hands-on experience in IBM BPM / IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) is required.\\n
 * Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills\\n
 * Proficiency with database applications, knowledge of web programming languages, mainframe systems, and/or distributed systems\\n, * Experience with ServiceNow Financial Services Operations and Customer Service Management (ServiceNow FSO and CSM) including FSO core data models, secure extensions, and CSM case management\\n
 * Familiarity with Advanced Work Assignment design and tuning, customer engagement, document and content integrations, and Performance Analytics reporting\\n
