## About the Role

* Experience: 3 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM implementation and support.
 * Core Expertise: Deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close) and/or HFM (Hyperion Financial Management).
 * Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate accounting concepts: US GAAP / IFRS, journal adjustments, intercompany matching/eliminations, foreign exchange translations, and statutory reporting.
 * Tools & Technologies:
 + Proficiency in Oracle Smart View for Office.
 + Hands-on experience with EPM Automate, Data Integration / Data Management, and Supplemental Data Manager.
 + Understanding of metadata structure, dimensions, and security roles in Oracle EPM Cloud.

## Description

* Solution Architecture & Implementation: Design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud EPM Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) and related modules (e.g., Hyperion Financial Management / HFM, Enterprise Data Management / EDMCS).
 * Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops with finance and accounting stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional/technical designs.
 * Consolidation Logic & Rules: Configure complex consolidation processes, including multi-currency translations, ownership structures, minority interest, intercompany eliminations, and custom business rules/calc scripts.
 * Integration & Data Management: Set up and manage Data Integration (FDMEE / Data Exchange) to extract, transform, and load data from source ERPs (Oracle Financials, SAP, NetSuite, etc.) to Oracle EPM.
 * Reporting & Analytics: Build financial statements, management dashboards, and regulatory reports using Financial Reporting Web Studio, Management Reporting, and Smart View.
 * Testing & Support: Lead Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training. Provide post-go-live hypercare and ongoing support.
