## Description

* Troubleshoot & resolve incidents associated with multiple equipment & software; provide break/ fix support, advice, and assistance to authorised users.
 * VPN Connectivity and Install Anti-virus.
 * Coordinate related activities (remote & onsite).
 * Windows 10 Deployment, Migration, Troubleshooting.
 * Outlook Configuration and troubleshooting.
 * Coordinate and plan installations, de-installations, cascades, moves/ migrations, and add/changes for all EUC Equipment and Software.
 * Monitor client satisfaction and Service Levels throughout the IMAC activity, following delivery at predetermined intervals and manage inventory.
 * Providing IT and Desktop support as a level 1 & 2 technician.
 * Understanding of LAN /WAN networks and basic troubleshooting
 * Windows Server, Installation, and management.
 * Active directory Understanding of TCP / IP Protocol.
 * Understanding of PuTTY, Wireshark / AnyDesk, MS Teams and TeamViewer.
 * This is a contract role, and you'll be requested to support on OnCall/Dispatch basis
