Working closely with other members of the Technology & Change team and external suppliers to support infrastructure solutions and applications across the organisation. This role is perfectly suited to those at the beginning of their career in IT or technology. You'll gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment, with opportunities to build your skills, grow your confidence, and develop your professional expertise . Responsibilities * Device, Application & Data Management * In person support and maintenance of Audio Visual equipment * In person support and maintenance comms room equipment * Collaboration & Unified Comms (Voice, Video, SharePoint, Email) * Contribute to Service Improvements * Active Directory/Identity & Access Management * Provision of deskside and remote support for colleagues * On site hardware support, including swap outs, processing returns and issuing new devices. * Support of print and scanning service. * Technology change, including post change testing and support. * Ensuring support SLA's are met and delivering an excellent colleague satisfaction score., We know how important it is to be able to achieve a balance.
