As a Junior Support Engineer, you will provide coordination, administration and front-line support to ensure an efficient and high-quality IT service for colleagues across the organisation. You will support the day-to-day running of the service desk, ensuring queries are managed effectively and systems are maintained to a high standard. We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and an interest in developing their experience within an IT support environment.
