## Description

As a Helpdesk Analyst/Network Support Engineer, you'll assist in the management and delivery of IT services to our group of companies.

Your duties will include:

 * Provision of I.T. support in an enterprise environment
 * Configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting our I.T. infrastructure across desktops, thin terms, printers, phone systems, servers, cloud systems and mobile devices
 * Supporting remote access
 * Use of SIEM tools to track and resolve helpdesk calls and incidents
 * Installing, configuring and supporting our sales software
 * Assisting in the management of Active Directory Infrastructure
 * Assisting in the management of Microsoft Exchange/Office 365
 * Monitoring of Citrix cloud systems
 * Assisting in the roll out of AI tools throughout the business
 * Maintenance of office hardware, desks, cabling etc.
 * Security systems monitoring
