This role will develop and improve asset management processes, reporting, vendor relationships, and procurement strategies while partnering with IT and business teams., * Manage the lifecycle of IT hardware, software, licenses, and contracts, ensuring accurate records, compliance, and reliability. * Develop and improve IT asset management processes, procedures, and controls. * Maintain accurate hardware and software asset databases, including lifecycle and configuration information. * Develop and deliver KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and standardized reports for management and business stakeholders. * Partner with IT infrastructure and business teams to identify asset trends, performance issues, and opportunities for improvement. * Support IT procurement, budgeting, licensing, and cost-control initiatives to optimize technology spending. * Manage and negotiate with vendors and technology partners to ensure service, pricing, and contract requirements are met. * Establish and maintain documentation for asset management, configuration management, processes, and reporting. * Coordinate with local IT resources and provide guidance to ensure consistent asset management practices across the organization. * Identify opportunities to improve asset utilization, operational efficiency, compliance, and lifecycle management. ## Related Videos - [Kettle and Pot or Peas in a Pod?
