The go.transform team leads Egon Zehnder's firm-wide transformation agenda, partnering across functions to design, implement, and scale new ways of working. The team focuses on driving adoption of strategic initiatives, leveraging data and insights to track progress, measure impact, and support continuous improvement. Current priorities include AI and Copilot enablement, workflow optimization, knowledge management, and broader business transformation efforts. The team works closely with business stakeholders to translate strategy into practical, measurable outcomes that enhance productivity, collaboration, and client impact., * Conduct deep-dive analyses to support go.transform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.

 * Analyze colleague experience, behavioral adoption metrics, and application usage data.
 * Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, automated reporting, and performance monitoring solutions.
 * Measure program impact, digital adoption, and colleague sentiment across key initiatives.
 * Develop executive-ready insights, reporting, and communications for leadership across platforms including Power BI, SharePoint, Workday, and Microsoft 365.
