## Description

The Project Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring all aspects of NetSuite or
Oracle Retail support or maintenance projects. This role performs a highly visible, managerial
role leading the delivery of initiatives to our clients with responsibility for Relationship
Management, Project Management and Business / Technical Delivery.

Essential Functions:

 * Participate in project planning and supporting tasks to manage expectations, maintain
timeline and meet goals for project deliverables

 * Ability to create and maintain project documents, project plans, including solution
approaches, functional and technical requirements, and specifications

 * Comfortable presenting scoping documents, project plans, other project documents to
client

 * Discuss Scope changes
 * Managing consultants by task and project
 * Able to manage several smaller projects simultaneously
 * Demonstrated experience with software implementations, in either a solution architect or
technical architect role

 * Demonstrated experience leading teams of onshore and offshore resources
 * Participate in pre-sales and business development activities
 * Draft proposals and statements of work

Other Functions:

 * Follow BTM methodologies and procedures
 * Able to contribute to other work efforts on the project as needed
 * May perform other job-related duties as assigned
