Preferred Qualifications: * Degree in informatics, health care administration, public health, or a related field. * Extensive hands-on experience configuring or supporting Oracle Health and/or VA CPRS/VistA. * Experience supporting VA or another large, complex healthcare organization. * Experience with clinical workflow analysis, EHR optimization, patient safety, clinical decision support, or health information exchange. * Familiarity with HL7/FHIR, clinical terminology, and interoperability workflows. * Experience working in Agile or SAFe teams, including backlog refinement and Program Increment planning. * Experience leading analyst work and reviewing requirements and testing artifacts for quality. * Experience with Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint., * This position works with government contracts.
