## About the Role

* 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
 * Proven experience delivering full-cycle ERP implementations.
 * Strong understanding of Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Operations processes.
 * Experience with ERP migration and business transformation projects.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Exposure to SAP, Power BI, or Power Automate would be highly advantageous.
 * Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.

## Description

* Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and optimization initiatives.
 * Drive ERP migration projects and support business process transformation.
 * Gather requirements, conduct workshops, perform gap analysis, and design Business Central solutions.
 * Manage data migration, testing, UAT, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
 * Serve as the Business Central Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
 * Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT teams to improve system utilization and operational efficiency.
 * Work alongside implementation partners and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
