## About the Role

* Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
 * Several years of experience in hardware-related software development (full-stack) and in a leadership or project management role
 * Experience in managing software projects and development processes as well as in quality assurance
 * Strong knowledge of modern software architectures and development processes and understanding of current software technologies, development tools, platforms, and in embedded systems
 * Programming experience in multiple programming languages (C#, Java, Python, Rust; Delphi is a plus) and deep understanding of communication protocols and data analysis
 * Language skills: English (C1); German (B2)
 * Strong leadership and communication skills, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, high problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
 * Innovative mindset and openness to new technologies
