## About the Role

Für ein Projekt im Citizen Development / Microsoft Power Platform suchen wir einen IT Consultant (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung in Copilot Studio, Power Platform Administration und Governance., * Nachgewiesene Expertenkenntnisse in Microsoft Power Platform Administration und Goverance, insbesondere Copilot Studio, Managed Environments, Environment-Strategien, Sicherheitsrollen, DLP-Richtlinien, Connector-Goverance und PP-Admin-Centre (Intermediate > 3 Jahre Erfahrung)

 * Nachgewiesene praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Copilot Studio, insbesondere Governance-relevanten Einstellungen innerhalb von Power-Platform-Umgebungen mit KI-Nutzung und der Konfiguration von Agents (mindestens 2 Referenzen)
 * Erfahrung bei der Konzeption, Einfilhrung und Weiterentwicklung von Governance-, Betriebs- und Berechtigungskonzepten fir geteilte Power-Platform-/Copilot-Studio-Umgebungen (Intermediate > 3 Jahre Erfahrung)
 * Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Governance-Dokumentationen zu Betriebsprozessen, Rollen- und Berechtigungsmodellen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Mindestanforderungen fir Maker oder Citizen Developer im Kontext Agentenerstellung auf der Power Platform (mindestens 1 Referenzen)
 * Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Monitoring- und Abrechnungsmodellen fir Copilot-Credits (mindestens 1 Referenzen), * Erfahrung mit dem Aufbau und der Konfiguration von Power Platform-Umgebungen in komplexen Konzern- oder Grofunternehmenstrukturen mit zentralen Plattform-, Betriebs-, Security- und Freigabeprozesse aber dezentraler Nutzung der Infrastruktur (mindestens 2 Referenzen)
 * Erfahrung mit Center-of-Excellence-Strukturen, mit dem Aufbau, Betrieb oder der Weiterentwicklung eines Power Platform CoE oder vergleichbarer Enablement-/Governance-Strukturen (Intermediate > 3 Jahre Erfahrung)
 * Erfahrung mit Kosten-, Verbrauchs- und Nutzungsmonitoring fir Plattformnutzung, insbesondere Kenntnisse zu Copilot- und AI-Builder-Credits und deren Abrechnung (mindestens 2 Referenzen)
 * Erfahrung mit Application Life-cycle Management fair Copilot-Studio-Lösungen, insbesondere Solution-Konzept, Deployment-Pfade, Umgebungsabgrenzung, Versionierung, Test-/Abnahmeprozesse und Übergabe in den Betrieb (mindestens 2 Referenzen)
 * Nachweisbare praktische und theoretische Kenntnisse im Umfeld des SAFe- und SCRUM-Frameworks (Intermediate > 3 Jahre Erfahrung)
