* Das schulische Angebot wird durch Werkunterricht und die Teilnahme an Seminaren bei IT.NRW ergänzt \n
 * Die Theorie lernst Du ebenfalls im Werkunterricht \n
 * Deine Ausbildung dauert drei Jahre \n
 * Nach der Ausbildung arbeitest Du in einer der Fachabteilungen des Zentrums für Digitalisierung und IT an der FernUniversität in Hagen \n

 * Durchführung von Tests sowie Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Software \n
 * Beratung und Schulung von Anwender*innen im Umgang mit Softwareanwendungen \n
 * Konzeption, Implementierung und Betreuung von Datenbankenanalysen sowie Identifikation und Behebung von Softwarefehlern \n
 * Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen und Anwenderdokumentationen \n
