## About the Role

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung.
 * Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen, MS Office und Netzwerktechnologien.

 * Du hast Erfahrung in der Supportbetreuung von Citrix / Terminalservice -Umgebungen
 * Du hast Kenntnisse im HP Service Manager oder in einem vergleichbaren Ticket-Tool
 * Du arbeitest selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf.
 * Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
 * Du beherrschst Deutsch sicher in Wort und Schrift (C2)

Sie arbeiten vor Ort beim Kunden und kümmern sich dort um alle IT- Fragestellungen.

Ihre Tätigkeit umfasst dabei insbesondere folgende Aufgaben:

 * Annahme und Bearbeitung aller eingehenden Anfragen
 * Unterstützung der Anwender bei Fragen zur Einrichtung von Microsoft Windows und der Microsoft Office Produktpalette
 * Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im Hardware- und Softwareumfeld
 * Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten im Ticketsystem
 * Benutzer anlegen, Rechtevergabe und Druckermanagement
 * Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements (SLAs) und stellst eine hohe Servicequalität sicher.
