## About the Role

* Strong SQL, Python, and analytical modeling skills.

## Description

Ignite Digital Services seeks an experienced Analyst to independently execute business analysis, data analytics, and decision-support work infrastructure in support of a large federal enterprise multi-domain data ecosystem. This role provides autonomy and wide analytical scope in support of mission-critical insights and decision-making, while delivering within a larger team project management environment., * Lead requirement gathering sessions and produce detailed requirement documentation.

 * Develop dashboards, models, and analytical workflows.
 * Perform advanced statistical, predictive, or exploratory analysis.
 * Develop business requirements documents, user stories, and detailed process diagrams.
 * Conduct gap analysis and propose solution approaches.
 * Evaluate alternatives and build cost-benefit/risk models.
 * Produce decision briefs and clearly communicate technical findings.
 * Contribute to data governance, security, and automation initiatives.
 * Partner with technical teams and program leadership to align on actionable insights.
