## Description

Are you fluent in Dutch with a natural affinity for computer technology, digital hardware, and device troubleshooting? We are seeking detail-oriented, customer-focused professionals to join our technical service desk in Valencia or Barcelonasupporting consumer and business clients of a leading global Personal Computing and Printing technology manufacturer.
In this role, you will assist Dutch-speaking users with hardware diagnostics, software setup, printing solutions, and warranty management., + Technical Advisory & Diagnostics: Assist Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat with hardware, software, printing, and laptop/desktop configuration inquiries.

 + Troubleshooting & Resolution: Walk users step-by-step through technical diagnostics, driver installations, network/Wi-Fi connection setups, and firmware updates.
 + Warranty & Repair Management: Log hardware defects, process warranty claims, issue return authorizations, and coordinate replacement parts or repair technician dispatches.
 + Documentation & Escalation: Maintain precise ticket records in CRM systems and escalate complex hardware failures or enterprise network issues to Level-2 engineering teams.
