## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline and minimum 6 years of work experience
 * Solid understanding of systems engineering development process
 * Project management experience including earned value
 * U.S. Citizenship required
 * Ability to obtain DoW Secret Clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

 * Active DoW Secret Clearance or higher is preferred but not required
 * Desire to contribute to a results-oriented product development team
 * Highly motivated to solve complex problems and continuously improve
 * Ability to produce high quality work both independently and with a team
 * Strong verbal and written technical communication skills
 * Ability to work well with a diverse, high-performing, and results-oriented product development team
 * Experience with systems tools (DOORS, JAMA, JIRA, etc.)
 * Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering
 * Experience with modern software languages (e.g. C, C++, Python, etc.)
