You will need strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide customers through troubleshooting common RV operational issues. A deep understanding of RV components, systems, and construction is required to provide expert-level support. How You Will Contribute: * Answer incoming calls from customers providing clear, empathetic, and professional support over the phone. * Make outbound calls to customers in queue, service facilities, and other departments. * Effective call queue management. * Maintain a calm and patient demeanor when dealing with frustrated customers. * Guide customers through troubleshooting operational issues with their RVs. * Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately within appropriate systems. * Effectively communicate program coverage to callers and thoroughly answer any questions. * Technical troubleshooting and strong knowledge of the following: slide-out functions and leveling jacks, 110V and 12V electrical systems, including battery charging and power distribution, RV maintenance, including winterization and de-winterization, touch control systems and electronic components, refrigerators, air conditioners, stoves, furnaces, water heaters, LP gas systems, fresh/grey/black tanks, and generators. * Strong knowledge on braking systems, tires, wheels, hubs, and suspensions. * Strong knowledge and understanding of RV chassis and structural types.
