License: Must possess and maintain a valid Missouri driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone. ## Description * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems. * Update and maintain hardware and software components. * Provide technical assistance and training to end-users. * Inventory and maintain all technology hardware. * Assist in maintaining wide and local area networks. * Must be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. * Must be able to prioritize duties and complete work orders without direction. * Perform other duties as assigned.
