## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Next.js and TypeScript.
 * Build and enhance enterprise backend services using Java and related technologies.
 * Collaborate with team members working across both Java and C# platforms.
 * Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
 * Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to overall solution design.
 * Ensure adherence to established development standards, review processes, and quality expectations.
 * Deliver well-tested, production-ready code that minimizes regression risk and reduces review overhead.
 * Partner with UX, product, and engineering stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
 * Participate in Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, and retrospectives.
 * Utilize modern development tools, including AI-assisted technologies such as GitHub Copilot, while maintaining full ownership of design decisions, validation, testing, and code quality.
