We are looking for someone with strong, foundational technical skills, sound troubleshooting skills, and a growth mindset. Experience in several of the following areas is preferred: * Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 * Microsoft 365 administration * Azure and Entra ID * Microsoft Intune and device management * Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP * Networking, including switching, routing, wireless, firewalls, and VLANs * Hyper-V, VMware, or Nutanix virtualization * HP and Dell server and workstation hardware * Backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions * Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone * SharePoint administration * Endpoint security and identity security solutions * Technical project implementation * Incident response and advanced troubleshooting * Managed services or multi-client IT environments, * Several years of hands-on IT support, systems administration, network administration, or technical consulting experience * The ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently and know when to engage additional resources * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Confidence working directly with business owners and organizational leaders * A client-first dedication and a genuine interest in helping businesses succeed * Strong time management, follow-through, and organizational skills * The ability to manage multiple client priorities without losing attention to detail * Experience with account management, consulting, client success, or relationship management * An interest in business development and building long-term professional partnerships * A professional, approachable, and dependable communication style * Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and appropriate automobile insurance Previous MSP or IT consulting experience is strongly preferred. You will get to know their businesses, understand their technology needs, coordinate the right Ontech resources, and help ensure they receive consistent, responsive service. You will also help strengthen Ontech's presence in the area by representing the company professionally and developing relationships within the local business community.
