WORK CONDITIONS * Regular in-office collaboration with executive and cross-functional teams. * Occasional domestic and international travel may be required to support business initiatives, operating locations, and global collaboration. * Fast-paced, highly visible role requiring the ability to manage multiple strategic priorities and adapt as business needs evolve. * Regular interaction with senior leadership and teams across functions, business units, and geographies. ## Description We are seeking a hands-on transformation leader to drive enterprise-wide strategy, operating-model improvements, and value creation across a complex, multi-site industrial business. This role is a core member of the organizational leadership team, with a mandate to personally lead, structure, analyze, and execute transformation initiatives-working directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to turn strategy into measurable results. This person will operate as a strategic problem solver and execution partner, identifying opportunities, building business cases, redesigning processes, and driving initiatives through implementation and value realization. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear path to building and leading a dedicated transformation team as the capability matures within the organization.
