## Description

The Data Analyst serves as a liaison between the business and our customer. With limited supervision this position is responsible for developing and analyzing metrics, creating reports and recommendations for improving procedures and systems., * Develops and analyzes metrics, performance measurements, requirements, reports and recommendations related to management, organizational structure, policy/procedures and business systems.

 * Responsible for importing, cleaning, transforming, validating or modeling data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions from the data for decision making purposes.
 * Presents data in charts, graphs, tables.
 * Works closely with the Operations and Customer teams to define data requirements for Data Definition Language or Data Manipulation Language SQL commands.
 * Responsible for improving data quality and for designing or presenting conclusions gained from analyzing data using statistical tools.
 * Other duties as assigned.
