## About the Role

* Erste oder langjährige Erfahrung also PMO im IT Umfeld sind zwingend erforderlich. Ausnahme wäre langjährige IT Projektassistenz Erfahrung.
 * Ein qualifizierter Bildungshintergrund, wie eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium.
 * Kenntnisse in gängigen PMO-Standards
 * ITIL (Grund-)Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
 * Elementare Kenntnisse in einem Projektmanagement Tool (z.B. Jira oder MS Projects)
 * Versierte Kenntnisse in MS Office
 * Nutzung von datenbasierten, smarten Lösungen, um Projekte transparent abzubilden.
 * Strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
 * Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, angemessene Umgangsformen und gute Organisationsfähigkeiten
 * Eigeninitiative und Offenheit für neue Themen
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1)

## Description

Zur Unterstützung unserer vielfältigen IT-Projekte suchen wir Verstärkung im IT Project Management Office (PMO). Je nach Erfahrung übernimmst du Aufgaben eigenständig oder unterstützt das Projektteam bei der Planung, Koordination und Dokumentation:

 * Organisation und Koordination von IT-Projekten
 * Pflege und Aktualisierung von Projektplänen, Aufgaben, Maßnahmen und Projektunterlagen
 * Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Projektstatus, Reportings und Präsentationen
 * Nachverfolgung von Terminen, Arbeitspaketen, offenen Punkten und Abhängigkeiten
 * Unterstützung bei der Erfassung und Pflege von Risiken, Änderungen und Entscheidungen
 * Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Meetings und Workshops
 * Koordination von On- und Offboarding sowie Pflege projektbezogener Listen und Übersichten
 * Erstellung von Business Analysen und Tätigkeiten für das Projektcontrolling, z. B. bei Terminen, Aufwänden und Budgets
 * Abbildung und Pflege von Projektdaten in MS Project, MS SharePoint und JIRA
