## Description

This position has responsibility to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Benefit Solutions service line, providing a high level of customer service, and ensuring that administrative processes are conducted in accordance with company policy. Position will be located in Hopkinsville, Kentucky., * Provides monthly reports to Benefit Solutions clients on services rendered, pertinent clinical data, and benefit of programming.

 * Assists in development of high-quality presentations to companies upon request.
 * Creates and maintains office spreadsheets and databases, entering data as required, and assisting with the production of charts, graphs and statistics.
 * Coordinates with, managers, directors, physicians, service line coordinators, coders, and staff members to ensure the accuracy of data, identify trends and improve clinical quality outcomes.
