SKILLS AND ABILITIES * The ability to work independently and to manage priorities is a must. * Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) required. * Excellent customer service skills. * Communicates changes effectively. * Works with integrity and ethically. * Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective in high-pressure or emergency situations. * Ability to gather information quickly and accurately during active incidents. COMPUTER SKILLS * Proficiency with email and standard computer functions. * Ability to accurately enter and retrieve information using an online incident management or reporting platform. * Ability to navigate web-based systems and maintain accurate electronic records. * Ability to learn and effectively use new technology and software platforms., * Ability to work under limited supervision and to interact with all levels of staff including management. * Ability to work long and irregular hours that may vary due to functions and may include day, evening, weekends and holidays. * Experience operating security technology systems including CCTV, electronic access control, and incident management systems., * Job requires employee to function in a high activity and heavily crowded professional sports venue. May work at heights. Employee will be exposed to inclement weather of varying degrees. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and climb up/downstairs. The employee is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit and must lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. ## Description The Incident Report Writer is an event based member of the Legends Global Security Team responsible for responding to security and medical incidents and accurately documenting events as they occur. This position gathers information from private security personnel, law enforcement, emergency medical services, stadium staff, and other involved parties. This information will be documented in the stadium's incident management system.
