Business and Strategic Acumen: * Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights that influence business decisions. * Strong understanding of business strategy and operations. * Ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and connect them to business outcomes. * Strategic thinker who can visualize the ideal state and map the path to get there. * Experience engaging with executive stakeholders. Collaboration and Communication: * Experienced in developing polished, professional presentations in PowerPoint to communicate insights, trends and recommendations. * Skilled in translating data into clear, engaging stories through verbal presentations tailored to non-technical audiences. * A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
