## About the Role

* Degree in Medical Laboratory Medicine or related field.
 * 5+ years of experience preferred.
 * Advanced EP Evaluator and Microsoft Excel skills.
 * Knowledge of databases and data structures.
 * Familiarity with CAP regulations and chemistry laboratory verification.
 * Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred: Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist experience; SQL, Python, or BI tools.

Seeking a Data Analyst I with clinical/laboratory data experience to support data entry, quality review, maintenance, and compliance activities., * Import, maintain, and archive clinical/master data.

 * Review data accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance.
 * Work with database structures, Excel, and statistical software.
 * Apply CLIA/CAP requirements to data assessment.
 * Support process improvements and efficient data-driven decision-making.
