* Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization
 * Troubleshoot computer hardware, operating systems and peripheral devices such as mobile devices and printers
 * Maintain and support computer networking components including POS Systems and network administration tasks
 * Support IT infrastructure maintenance by troubleshooting equipment problems and performing routine updates or repairs
