## About the Role

* Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Grafikdesign/visuelle Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, wie zum Beispiel als Mediengestalter(in).
 * Erste Berufserfahrung als Grafikdesigner(in), idealerweise im Bereich Mode oder Lifestyle sind wünschenswert.
 * Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu digitalem Design und Freude am Printbereich.
 * Du bist sicher im Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Suite und hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in Figma.
 * Kenntnisse im Videoschnitt und in der Erstellung von Animationen (z. B. mit After Effects) sind ein Plus.
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-Tools, z. B. zur Adaption, Asset-Erstellung oder Automatisierung sind ebenso von Vorteil.
 * Du zeichnest dich durch ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Ästhetik und Detailgenauigkeit aus und hast ein ausgezeichnetes Verständnis von Layout, Typografie und Raster.
 * Du bist ein Team-Player und kannst organisiert, eigenverantwortlich und fristgerecht arbeiten.
 * Du kommunizierst klar und effektiv und gehst offen und reflektiert mit Feedback um.
 * Freude an persönlicher und fachlicher Weiterentwicklung ist für dich selbstverständlich.
 * Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1/C2 Level.)
