 * Erfahrung mit Kollaborations- und Testmanagement-Werkzeugen (z. B. Jira, Confluence) sowie fundierte Praxis in agilen Vorgehensmodellen (Scrum, Kanban oder SAFe).
 * Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und fließende Englischkenntnisse.

## Description

* Sie führen das "Solution QA"-Team sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch, fördern eine kollaborative Teamkultur und entwickeln Ihre Mitarbeitenden gezielt weiter.
 * Sie verantworten die strategische Ausrichtung der Qualitätssicherung für komplexe, cloudbasierte Datenanalyse-Software. Sie steuern das Design, die Spezifikation und die Ausführung automatisierter Tests.
 * Sie agieren als souveränes Bindeglied und beherrschen die zielorientierte Kommunikation auf Managementebene ebenso wie den fachlichen Austausch mit den Entwicklungsteams, der Architektur, dem Produktmanagement und dem zentralen Automation-QA-Team.
 * Sie treiben den Aufbau und die Durchführung nicht-funktionaler Tests (z. B. Last- und Performance-Tests) voran und optimieren die Definition moderner Testumgebungen sowie CI/CD-Pipelines.
 * Sie begleiten Requirements-Reviews und die Bug-Analyse auf Augenhöhe mit Product Ownern und Architekten, um Software-Releases nachhaltig abzusichern.
