## About the Role

* Sehr starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen
 * Idealerweise ein Studium in Mathematik, Informatik, Physik, Statistik, Data Science, Ingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbar analytischen Fachrichtung
 * Erfahrung mit Power BI sowie Kenntnisse in SQL, Python, DAX, Tabular Models, Git, CI/CD oder vergleichbaren Analytics-Engineering-Workflows sind von Vorteil
 * Wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit semantischer Modellierung, Datenarchitektur oder modernen BI-/Data-Stacks, Interesse an AI Agents, automatisierter Analyse und neuen BI-Paradigmen sowie Freude an Datenmodellierung, Visualisierung und sauberer Kennzahlenlogik
 * Technisches Mindset und der Anspruch, Dinge zu verstehen, zu strukturieren, zu automatisieren und kontinuierlich zu verbessern
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, da die Beratung unserer Fachbereiche ein zentraler Bestandteil der Rolle ist
