You'll serve as an essential problem solver, taking incoming help desk calls, resolving support tickets, and ensuring our clients have a seamless technology experience. From imaging PCs and setting up user workstations to monitoring system alerts, managing Active Directory permissions, and assisting with installations, you'll play a key role in keeping our systems and clients running smoothly every day., * Answer incoming help desk phones, log detailed ticket notes, and respond to end-user support requests promptly and professionally. * Perform first-level troubleshooting for Microsoft Windows in domain environments, Office 365, Google Workspace, and anti-virus applications. * Manage file/folder permissions, user accounts, and basic configurations within Active Directory and Group Policy. 2.
