A day in the life You might start your morning reviewing program metrics across your three engineering teams, then join a design review where you challenge architectural assumptions with engineers working on the WorkSpaces admin experience. After lunch, you could be facilitating an alignment discussion to resolve a cross-team dependency, followed by drafting a program update for leadership.
