Ability to synthesize across data sources and present the "so what" - not just the status. Comfort operating in ambiguity with incomplete information and competing priorities. Strong written communication: you produce artifacts that drive decisions without requiring follow-up questions., * Experience in supply chain * Experience in data center PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience ## Description You will own the end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure at scale - from customer demand signal through manufacturing, shipping, and site landing - ensuring the world's largest cloud network gets built on time. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role where you directly influence whether critical network capacity arrives when customers need it., Why this role: You own outcomes, not tasks. CDR operates at the intersection of supply chain, network engineering, and program execution - you'll drive delivery across all of them. You'll lead through ambiguity. When demand shifts, vendors miss, or builds slip, you're the one who finds the path forward. What you'll do: Drive delivery performance across network rack demand streams (Bricks, Spines, Loose Gear, Scaling, New DC) from order through site installation Own stakeholder communication for delivery status, risks, and blockers - proactively surfacing issues before they become escalations. Manage cross-functional dependencies across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and network deployment teams. Build and maintain mechanisms (dashboards, WBRs, escalation paths, SOPs) that make delivery health visible and actionable. Identify systemic bottlenecks and drive structural improvements. Partner with automation and data engineering teams to scale delivery insights through tooling ## Related Videos - [The Sustainability Race: AI's Promises, Pitfalls and Potential](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100155-the-sustainability-race-ai-s-promises-pitfalls-and-potential) - [AI-Augmented DevOps with Platform Engineering](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1614-ai-augmented-devops-with-platform-engineering) - [Architecture 3.0: From 90% to 99.999% Reliability in Building AI Systems](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100190-architecture-3-0-from-90-to-99-999-reliability-in-building-ai-systems) - [Program your infrastructure with CDK and TypeScript](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/144-program-your-infrastructure-with-cdk-and-typescript) - [Building the Nervous System of AI - Michael Kagan (NVIDIA)](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2133-building-the-nervous-system-of-ai-michael-kagan-nvidia) - [Stop configuring infrastructure, start coding it!](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/464-stop-configuring-infrastructure-start-coding-it) ## Related Articles - [How We Built a Worry-Free System That Runs for 10+ Years – And What We’d Do Again](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/751-how-we-built-a-worry-free-system-that-runs-for-10-years-and-what-we-d-do-again) - [From developer to manager – what does it take to become an engineering manager?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/42-from-developer-to-manager-what-does-it-take-to-become-an-engineering-manager) - [Best US AI Conferences for CTOs in 2026: Build vs. Buy, Vendor Evaluation, and Peer Intelligence](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/736-best-us-ai-conferences-for-ctos-in-2026-build-vs-buy-vendor-evaluation-and-peer-intelligence) - [What Are The Top Skills Required For Azure Developers?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/77-what-are-the-top-skills-required-for-azure-developers) - [Should Tech Managers Be Developers First?
